Job Title: Mechanical Engineer | Electrical Engineer

Key Role: Site management (Construction), Shop drawing management

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with PJT Specification/Code/Standard/Design requirement
  • Site progress management/variation management
  • Coordination with the other entity (i.e. Archi, Mech, Civil, etc)
  • MEP Subcon management/monitoring
  • Secure the construction quality
  • Comply with Safety standard/requirement
  • Review of Interim/Final payment for Subcontractors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline/field
  • Project experience above 7 years
  • Knowledge regarding construction method/code/standard
  • Documentation skill - MS Office/Excel
  • JED (US Military) experienced candidates preferred
  • Language: Japanese/English

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Mechanical engineering principles, including site preparation, foundation design, and structural engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
  • Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
