PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Is responsible in the computation and processing of all payroll related transactions and benefits of all manpower.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Follow up of Daily Time Records from all project sites. Ensures that DTR submission is in compliance with the timeline set to avoid any delays during payroll processing.

· Checking of Daily Time Records prior encoding to Payroll system. Ensures that the total contracted manhours are in compliance with the manpower requirement per contract.

· Payroll processing - encoded DTR's per client & payroll deductions.

· Client rate payroll set-up.

· Checking of Cash advances & Paraphernalia.

· Checking of QCR Quitclaim of resigned personnel

· Checking of Cooperative loans and withdrawal requests.

· Generating monthly reports of all mandatory government remittances to be submitted to benefits department including loans deductions.

· Generating monthly insurance deduction made on payroll.

· Checking of 5 days incentive leave benefit.

· Processing of retroactive computations on salary or wage adjustments (if applicable)

· Other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
