JOB DESCRIPTIONS:


• Install and repair interior and exterior trim, moldings, and cabinetry according to specifications.


• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements.


• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand and power tools.


• Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.


• Perform repairs and touch-ups as needed to maintain the quality of finished work.


• Keep up to date with industry trends, materials, and techniques to enhance skills and improve work quality.


• Work with different types of laminates and veneer boards, demonstrating proficiency in selecting appropriate materials based on project requirements and client and Architect preferences.

QUALIFICATIONS


• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program preferred.


• Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter


• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.


• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and joinery.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.


• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.


• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
