Job Description:

We are looking for a Java Developer who will be responsible for developing high-quality Java applications while leading and coordinating a development team. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage tasks and processes in an organized, structured manner. The ideal candidate will ensure the team delivers high-quality outputs within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based applications following best practices and technical specifications.
  • Lead and mentor a development team, ensuring effective coordination, activity planning, and task assignment.
  • Facilitate team rituals such as technical discussions, sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
  • Perform code reviews to maintain quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improving development processes and system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system designs, and process workflows.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on Java development experience.
  • Experience in leading a team, including planning, task delegation, and progress monitoring is a PLUS.
  • Strong understanding of Java technologies, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
  • Experience working in a structured, process-oriented, or Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively onsite and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven/Gradle, or microservices.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms.
  • Previous experience in leading end-to-end development initiatives or project modules.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
