Role Summary:

The Operations Coordinator provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the head of operations. This role requires discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced executive environment. The operations coordinator serves as a central coordination point to ensure efficiency, clarity, and timely follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and materials, in accordance with Company Policies and Guidelines on Notices of Meeting
  • Manage correspondence, meeting minutes, resolutions, and follow-up actions on behalf of the head of operations

2. Coordination and Organization

  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-through across teams
  • Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders as required
  • Support travel planning, itineraries, and logistical arrangements

3. Administrative and Operational Support

  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and meeting materials
  • Support expense tracking, reimbursements, and basic administrative processes
  • Help manage priorities in line with approved roadmaps and schedules
