Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use proprietary vector-based CAD design software and Adobe Illustrator to produce detailed architectural sign design and engineering plans and production ready art.
  • Converting Architectural construction plans takeoffs into sign design submittal drawings & Excel Schedules
  • English business writing; able quickly write clear and effective correspondence with client and document and archive approvals. Submit design drawings to client via email.
  • Modifying designs based on comments and reviews/notes and resubmit as necessary to obtain necessary approvals to release work to production.
  • Draft production drawings of sign assemblies for fabrication.
  • Draft buyout drawings and orders for vendor supplied materials and products and submit for buyout.
  • Draft installation instruction packets combining sign plans with your approved drawings and schedules.
  • Work with install manager to get your projects on the install schedule.
  • Work with estimator on project change orders.
  • Interacting with design team to exchange ideas and provide support.
  • Preparing Schematic drawings, creating detailed architectural and Engineering design, plans and specifications.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, guidelines, and building code.
  • Check on project status and report on project to ensure timelines are met.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized individual who appreciates a fast-paced environment with multitasking and managing many simultaneous priorities. Regular number of projects in progress after 1 year working will be 50+ at the same time in all stages of completion.
  • Professional communication in English by phone and email.
  • Highly experienced in vector-based design/CAD. (We use Adobe Illustrator, if you are familiar with a different CAD program and are willing to take a course in illustrator prior to starting employment, please apply. We will train you on program specifics for our use.)
  • Experience project management and design in the commercial construction industry as a designer and project manager. (Rolls would include Architect, Interior Designer)
  • Other General Skills
  • Able to convert fractions to decimal and work at scale.
  • Good verbal and written communication with client and team.
  • Good time management to meet client deadlines.

Pay: Php18, Php28,000.00 per month
