About the Role

As a Machine Learning Specialist you will be responsible for developing, training, and deploying machine learning models. The role will focus on applying ML techniques to solve business problems, improve processes, and enhance data driven decision making of the business.

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production use
  • Process and analyze structured and unstructured datasets
  • Conduct model training, testing, and evaluation
  • Collaborate with the data engineering team to integrate ML solutions into applications and pipelines
  • Monitor model performance as needed
  • Document ML processes, workflows, and model outputs

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in machine learning or data science
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning methods
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS,, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience handling large datasets

As a Data Engineer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining data pipelines, integrating data from various sources, and ensuring data quality and reliability. The role will support our analytics, reporting, and data-driven initiatives.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
  • Collaborate with members of the data science team to support reporting and analytics needs
  • Monitor and optimize performance of data workflows
  • Document processes, data models, and workflows

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
  • Experience with ETL tools or frameworks (Apache Airflow, Talend)
  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their data services
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to deliver high quality updates to the business by helping them understand the WHY
