About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining data pipelines, integrating data from various sources, and ensuring data quality and reliability. The role will support our analytics, reporting, and data-driven initiatives.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines

  • Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems

  • Collaborate with members of the data science team to support reporting and analytics needs

  • Monitor and optimize performance of data workflows

  • Document processes, data models, and workflows

 

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)

  • Experience with ETL tools or frameworks (Apache Airflow, Talend)

  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their data services

  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) is a plus

  • Problem solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

  • Ability to deliver high quality updates to the business by helping them understand the WHY

Nice to Have

  • AWS Certified Data Analytics / Azure Data Engineer Associate / Google Data Engineer or any equivalent certifications
