Accounting OJT

About the role

Fleximetal Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting OJT to join our dynamic team in Taytay Rizal. As an Accounting OJT, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the overall success of the company. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of accounting and small practice accounting.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records
2. Performing bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing
3. Supporting the preparation of financial reports and statements
4. Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
5. Participating in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
6. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial operations

What we're looking for

1. Currently enrolled in an Accounting or a related degree program
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with financial data
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. A keen interest in the field of accounting and a willingness to learn
