The Opportunity

Gomeco Metal Corporation, a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal products, is seeking a talented Quality Assurance and Control Supervisor to join our team in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional products to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to monitor and improve product quality Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, equipment, and finished goods Analyse quality data and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective and preventive actions Train and mentor production staff on quality best practices and troubleshoot quality issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and the company's quality management system

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing industry Strong technical knowledge of quality control methods, tools, and best practices Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Relevant certifications in quality management, such as ASQ CQE or CQA, are preferred
