Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources. This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with HR professionals in various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administrative tasks. If you are passionate about people management and organizational development, this role will provide valuable exposure to HR best practices in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.
- Help with onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation coordination.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and employee records.
Employee Engagement & HR Support
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Assist in drafting HR-related communications and announcements.
- Help manage and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Training & Development
- Assist in coordinating training schedules, materials, and attendance tracking.
- Support the team in gathering feedback from training sessions and employee evaluations.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and organize HR documents and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive, team-player attitude with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
