Role Overview

We're seeking a Operations Associate(Powerpoint Expert) who can support internal leaders with planning, coordination, and communication across multiple projects. This role involves managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and assisting in preparing presentations and reports for executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires frequent collaboration across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
  • Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheet trackers for internal briefings.
  • Maintain project documentation and follow up with stakeholders on action items.
  • Assist in synthesizing updates, metrics, and next steps for leadership reviews.
  • Communicate clearly in English and adapt to dynamic priorities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Must be available to work during U.S. working hours 9am- 5pm pacific time
