About the role

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Staff to join our team at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in Makati City Metro Manila. As Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance and handyperson services to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyperson duties
  • Identifying and addressing any issues or problems that arise across our facilities in a timely manner
  • Assisting with the set-up and breakdown of events and activities
  • Ensuring all work areas and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition
  • Collaborating with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and activities
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and security protocols

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or handyperson role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Strong practical skills and the ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
