At TurFresh, we specialize in the cleaning and maintenance of artificial turf across the U.S., bringing fresh, odor-free, and revitalized landscapes to homes and businesses. With a growing customer base and field service team, we're looking for a reliable, proactive, and organized Dispatcher and Scheduler to ensure timely coordination and top-tier service delivery.

Role Overview:
As our Dispatcher and Scheduler, you will be the central hub connecting customers, field technicians, and internal teams. Your primary responsibility is to manage service appointments, optimize technician routes, and proactively communicate with clients—ensuring our turf techs show up on time and ready to deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling & Dispatch
- Build and manage daily and weekly schedules using CRM tools and mapping/optimization platforms
- Assign and adjust service appointments to maximize efficiency and route coverage
- Monitor technician status and job completion throughout the workday

2. Client Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and SMS messages to confirm and coordinate client appointments
- Provide timely updates or reschedules as needed, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Answer client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

3. Sales & Retention Outreach
- Follow up with past, current, and prospective clients to upsell services or reactivate inactive accounts
- Use consultative phone sales techniques to increase bookings and customer retention

4. Problem Solving & Coordination
- Resolve conflicts in schedules, customer concerns, or technician delays in real time
- Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery

5. Internal Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with technicians and department heads regarding schedules and service details
- Participate in team huddles and planning discussions

6. Administrative Support
- Document interactions and scheduling notes in CRM
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination (service industry experience preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace, mapping/optimization tools, and VoIP platforms
- Ability to work PST hours consistently

Contract Terms
- Trial Period: 3 months (performance will be monitored and reviewed)
- Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM PST)
- Rate: $7/hour (USD), paid bi-weekly based on actual hours worked
- Communication: Use of official TurFresh email and required daily updates in shared drives
- Compliance: Must follow TurFresh's privacy, confidentiality, and non-solicitation policies
- Resignation Notice: Minimum of 3 weeks required
