JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation
  • Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures
  • Updating financial records via accounting software
  • Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line
  • Providing administrative support to accountants, including answering phone calls, going to banks, and managing files.

QUALIFICATION

  • Entry Level/Internship Experience are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet programs (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
