I. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Result Area (KRA) 1 Automotive Repair

  1. Performs servicing / repair based on the repair order within the specified flat time

  2. Identifies vehicle problem using GTS diagnostic system

  3. Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing periodic maintenance schedule such as change oil, electrical and suspension repairs, clean breaks, replacing filters etc.,

  4. Performs repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, breaks, tires, aircon and noise vibrations and general engine repairs.

  5. Prepares report with the Foreman, Job Controller and Service Advisor regarding additional problems and concern in the course of work performance

  6. Relates to customer repair procedures to be conducted

  7. Reports/Documents works done completely on repair orders

  8. Accomplishes Job Control Advise Slip (JCAS) for additional jobs

  9. Accomplishes JCAS for Parts and materials and supplies requisition

  10. Accomplishes a tool borrower slip when borrowing special service tools.

  11. Safe keeps Technician hand tools, special service tools and other equipment.

  12. Reports any malfunctioning equipment to stockroom clerk

KRA 2 Maintaining Customer Satisfaction and Continues growth

  1. Achieve 90% Technician Productivity

  2. Achieve 90% Technician Efficiency

  3. Ensures FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME on all repairs done by thorough pre-post inspection

  4. Ensures that all job requests on the Repair Order are done within the TIME PROMISED

  5. Attends in house training and other related training as required by the company and Toyota Motor Philippines

  6. Observes and follows the housekeeping practices (5S) and friendliness culture.

II. Job Specifications

Educational Requirement : Graduate of Automotive course or two years related technical/vocational course.

Minimum Experience Required : 6 months – 1 year

Special Skills : Above average customer relations skills, keen to details, analytical and technical proficiency, flexible and high stamina.
