About the role

As a Marketing Specialist at Baby Pro', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing initiatives and brand awareness. This full-time position, based in Makati City, Metro Manila, will involve managing various marketing campaigns and projects to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling content, such as social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials Monitoring and analysing marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future efforts Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless project execution Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth Providing administrative support, such as maintaining marketing calendars and budgets

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and proposals Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and analytics Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Passion for the consumer goods and retail industry, with a keen understanding of market trends and customer behaviour
