Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments regarding order status and timelines.

  2. Support importation and logistics processes, including preparation, organizing, and monitoring of shipping and customs documents.

  3. Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and supply chain transactions.

  4. Assist in monitoring, checking, and documenting incoming goods.

  5. Support compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.

  6. Perform other supply chain–related administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).


• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or importation is an advantage.


• Knowledge of basic supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.


• Experience in handling importation or shipping documents is a plus.


• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.


• Strong organizational and coordination skills.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


• Willing to travel and do field work

Preferred Skills (Optional)


• Basic understanding of customs and importation procedures.
