Sales Support Specialist

Job Duties

  1. Ensure creation and assessment of all project proposals with purchase requisition for the assigned accounts of the Sr. Territory Sales Manager (TSM).
  2. Coordinate with the Sr. TSM for closing of DBI.
  3. In-charge of design and proposal making with Gantt chart.
  4. In charge of submission of ROI / Cost benefit reports.
  5. Lead generation on accounts under the Sr. TSM.
  6. Submit updates on Proposal OT to PR status monitoring weekly on the accounts of the assigned Sr. TSM.
  7. Assessment and data gather for product development and initiatives.
  8. Attends to the technical inquiries in the assigned accounts of the Sr. TSM.
  9. Assist in the pre-mobilization with the POIC on the accounts of the Sr. TSM.
  10. Acts as the POIC, if no POIC is available.

Job Qualifications

  • at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, on any Engineering Course or similar fields
  • At least 2-4 years of work experience in plants and in the related field
  • Preferably 2-4 years of work experience specializing in Engineering or equivalent fields
  • Valid driver's license is a MUST.
