Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Assistant will support on the planning, execution, and evaluation of mall-based events and tenant promotions to drive foot traffic and increase tenant engagement. Responsibilities include preparing event proposals and sponsorship documents, coordinating timelines and logistics, analyzing event impact, and ensuring all marketing materials are delivered on time.

The role also assists in managing tenant marketing collaborations, handling marketing inquiries, processing permits, and supporting social media activities. In addition, the position is responsible for administrative support, cross-department coordination, and implementing cost-control measures to ensure the efficient use of company resources.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Marketing, Public Relations, Communication Arts, Advertising, or any related course, with good scholastic records.
  • With experience in events management, advertising and promotions, marketing, or a related industry.
  • Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and marketing skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, persevering, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in computer use and basic office applications.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant training in events management and marketing are welcome to apply
