Job Description

· Audit mechanical systems, utilities, and building operations.

· Evaluate Property Management programs and contractor performance.

· Enforce compliance with codes, safety, and mechanical standards.

· Recommend improvements and support implementation.

· Submit clear, timely technical audit reports.

Individual contributor role; no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

· Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC).

· years in technical audit/facilities/property management.

· Expertise in mechanical systems, safety codes, and utilities.

· Strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
