ACCOUNTANT: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • FINANCIAL REPORTS. Prepare accurate, complete and timely financial reports to help guide decision making.
  • TAX REPORTS. Prepare accurate, complete and timely tax reports to ensure compliance to government mandates. Reports should be signed off as the designated CPA of the company.
  • BUDGET PREPARATION & MONITORING. Develop, analyze and maintain budgets including comparing budgeted versus actual.
  • STRATEGIC ANALYSIS & RECOMMENDATION. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Recommend further improvements as well.
  • COORDINATION. Ensure the timely and correct processing of all matters related to the above through the various personnel of the organization. This may include the month end closing, reconciliation schedules, financial and management reporting and other various general accounting tasks.

SCHEDULE: 48H WORK WEEK, not more than 10 hours per day, ex. Monday to Friday 8am to 6/630pm or Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm

Work Arrangement Type: HYBRID (Onsite + Work From Home/WFH

Onsite Location: 1081, EDSA Balintawak, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
