Job Description

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing overall branch performance in alignment with company policies and standards. This role ensures smooth operations, effective workforce management, and continuous improvement to support the company's goals, mission, and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and manage all branch activities to drive continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Supervise day-to-day branch operations, including manpower management and implementation of policies and SOPs to meet targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with government and regulatory requirements (BIR, DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.).
  • Motivate, guide, and coach branch employees to maintain high performance and achieve company objectives.
  • Oversee workflow, assist staff in prioritizing tasks, and provide operational support when necessary.
  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain effective communication with all departments for seamless operations.
  • Identify issues within the branch, recommend solutions, and coordinate concerns with the General Manager and Division Manager.
  • Perform subordinate tasks when needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate operational activities, expenses, and forecasts to assess branch performance against goals.
  • Work closely with Department Managers to align and achieve branch objectives.
  • Recommend policies and improvements to enhance workflow, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and propose short-term and long-term plans to support branch growth and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in the retail industry.
