  • AUDIT THE OPERATIONAL PROCESS OF THE BRANCH AND ENSURES THAT ALL LOAN DOCUMENTS & SUBMITTED REQUIREMENTS BY THE CLIENT ARE PROPERLY VERIFIED PRIOR LOAN RELEASE. COUNTERSIGN ALL LOAN DOCUMENTS (strictly observe signature over printed name)
  • ENSURE TIMELY SUBMISSION OF ATM.

  • a. Daily Change Fund Report
  • b. Replenishment Report - For Revolving Change Fund
  • c. Liquidation Report - For Additional Change Fund
  • d. ATM Request from Head Office
  • e. ATM TRANSMITTAL to Head Office
  • f. Filing of Borrower's Loan Documents
  • g. Liquidation Report - For Quarterly Supplies
  • Sending E-mail of Pouched Documents
