The Client

Founded in 2002, is a specialist in intelligent and automated transaction monitoring, providing niche business solutions across internal auditing analytics, compliance, and financial planning. With nearly 20 years of experience and a strong presence across APAC, Satori supports global clients through innovative managed services and partnerships with leading platforms like Planful, Trintech, and Workiva.

*The Role* We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive .NET Developer to support our clients in both development and DevOps tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical troubleshooting capabilities, thrive under pressure, and demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and reliability. This role requires a balance of software development and infrastructure maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will be responsible for responding to critical alerts, conducting regular system maintenance, and collaborating directly with client stakeholders to refine and document operational and release processes. You must be capable of jumping into unfamiliar environments with minimal documentation and making sense of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to P1 (Priority 1) alerts 24/7/365 and take immediate action to mitigate issues.
• Investigate logs, troubleshoot infrastructure problems, and resolve service disruptions.
• Work with AWS infrastructure: troubleshoot permissions, container issues, networking, etc.

• Execute regular software maintenance, including:

• Minor bug fixes and updates

• Security patching

• Occasional business logic modifications (rare)

• Support DevOps tasks including:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) updates

• Deployment pipeline modifications

• Observability tool integrations (e.g., Dynatrace)

• Participate in sprints and coordinate with client teams to define and refine release processes.

• Create, improve, and maintain documentation, including runbooks, architecture diagrams, and release protocols.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning trust and promoting collaboration.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• Strong experience in .NET development
• Proficient in Python
• Understanding of Veracode or other static code analysis tools

• Solid AWS expertise, particularly with:

• Serverless architectures

• Container troubleshooting

• IAM and networking configurations

• Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s)

• Experience with:

• Dynatrace (observability tools)

• Harness (CI/CD tools)
• AWS CDK
• Wiz (cloud security)

Soft Skills

• Calm and clear communicator, especially during high-pressure incidents
• Highly available and responsive to urgent issues
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal guidance
• Excellent documentation skills
• Able to navigate and clarify release management processes
• Demonstrates curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions to understand complex systems

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a client-facing technical role
• Comfortable working in environments with incomplete documentation
• Familiarity with sprint-based development methodologies and Agile processes

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 10PM TO 6AM Manila Time

Location

• Homebased; must have strong internet at home; Equipment is provided.
