Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms (online job boards, social media, and internal networks).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement of candidates.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
  • Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and university partnerships.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience required for this Human Resource Executive position.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR compliance is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree required for this Human Resource Executive role.

HR Duties

  • Support the implementation and compliance of company HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in accordance with legal and company standards.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback collection, and record-keeping.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing queries, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking employee participation.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics related to headcount, turnover, attendance, and recruitment activities.
  • Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with payroll and benefits-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine labour law is required to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
