
Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee accounting daily operations of AR, AP, GL and Treasury.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and that accounting of each transaction follows the company policies and procedure.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing of accounting books
- Handles the year-end audit of financial statement
- Preparation of complete set of FS every month (Financial Performance, Financial Position, Cash flow and related schedules)
- Detailed review of tax calculation. VAT, ITR.
- Prepare special reports as required by the management
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant
- With at least 4 years of experience on Financial and general accounting
- With leadership role experience
- With experience handling BIR and SEC reportorial requirements
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Keen to details
- Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Ermita, Manila
