Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and will handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using a POS system.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds following store policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Monitor and replenish cash register supplies (e.g., receipt paper, bags).
  • Perform daily cash balancing and prepare reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cashier with POS system knowledge.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
