  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in edible oil mill and refinery operations, with at least 2 years in bleaching or related refinery processing.
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) documentation and food safety protocols.
  • Strong understanding of edible oil refining processes, particularly neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization.
  • Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of bleaching earth dosing systems, filtration units, and vacuum systems.
  • Proficient in monitoring critical control points and quality parameters such as color, FFA, and peroxide value.
  • Experience in preparing, updating, and auditing HACCP plans and associated production records. Knowledge of GMP, ISO 22000, or other food safety management systems is a plus. Ability to maintain accurate production reports, process records, and compliance documentation.
  • Willing to relocate and work in Medina, Misamis Oriental
