Schedule: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are hiring an Architectural Draftsman who can support our team in reviewing residential architectural plans and performing basic estimating tasks. This is an entry-level position with room to grow ideal for someone with a background in drafting, architecture, or related fields.

What Youll Do:

  • Read and understand a full set of residential architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, details, and utility layouts

  • Provide takeoffs and basic estimates from plans by calculating surface areas of various building assemblies (roofs, walls, floors, doors, windows, etc.) using standard arithmetic

  • Coordinate with clients via email to clarify or request missing plan information

  • Use web browsers to gather additional site or building info through Google Maps, real estate websites, and other online resources

What Were Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings and residential construction documents

  • Strong arithmetic and attention to detail for calculating areas and measurements

  • Comfortable with written communication, especially via email

  • Able to navigate websites and tools such as Google Maps and real estate platforms

  • Experience in drafting or estimating is a plus, but not required we provide training
