Job Title: Accounting Staff (Pooling)

Job Description:

We are pooling applicants for various roles under the Accounting Department. Qualified candidates may be considered for positions in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cashiering, and other related functions.

What You'll Do:

  • Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Handle cashiering duties, including daily collections and cash monitoring
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments for billing, payments, and reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the department

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
  • Work experience in AP/AR, cashiering, or general accounting is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

About the Role:

You will be part of the Accounting Department and support day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions vital to the business.
