Job Overview

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Content Writer to craft high-quality, engaging, and well-researched content for our in-house and client-facing platforms. The ideal candidate has strong writing and research skills, can adapt to various tones and audiences, and is eager to grow in SEO content creation. You'll work closely with our marketing and SEO teams to produce articles, service pages, and resources that align with KDCI's brand and industry positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear, concise, and original content for blogs, service pages, and industry resources.

  • Conduct thorough research on outsourcing, business operations, and client-related industries (e.g., eCommerce, finance, creative design).

  • Follow editorial guidelines, brand tone, and SEO best practices (training provided).

  • Collaborate with the SEO and marketing teams for content planning, optimization, and performance improvement.

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and outsourcing topics relevant to KDCI's global client base.


Job Requirements

  • Excellent English writing, research, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to create content from scratch with minimal AI assistance.

  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus (as long as they are used responsibly and not as the main writing source).

  • Willingness to learn and apply SEO content writing and optimization practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
