Salary
For a full-time workload (100 %), the salary ranges between PHP 40,000 – PHP 70,000 per month.
We will start with an hourly contract, pegged to the 100 % range. With a 45 h/week full-time baseline, this equals about PHP 198 – PHP 346 per hour. At an average ~40 % pensum (~18 h/week), that works out to ~PHP 16,000 – PHP 28,000 per month, varying with actual hours. Includes overtime pay. Possibility to transition to 100 % and build your own team in the future.

Initial ~40 % workload with week-to-week fluctuations and opportunity to grow to 100 %.
Holidays:
• Paid time off on December 24 and 25
• Paid half‑day off on December 31 and January 1

Why this role
Intellyse is scaling outbound. We need a GTM Engineer who can turn data into pipeline: build high-performing cold email programs, orchestrate LinkedIn outreach, and unlock our lead database—measurably improving replies, meetings booked, and opportunities created. You're a builder who pairs experimentation with systems thinking.
What you'll do
- Own cold email campaigns end-to-end in Instantly and similar tools: write copy, set up sequences, warm/send, monitor deliverability, and A/B test subject lines, angles, timing, and cadences to maximize replies and meetings.
- Run LinkedIn outreach using HeyReach and Lemlist: build multi-touch flows (connect, nurture, message), test variants, and keep daily limits healthy.
- Unlock and enrich leads with Lusha (and similar data sources), segment by ICP, and keep lists clean, de-duplicated, and ready to activate.
- Stitch systems together so data flows cleanly between enrichment, outreach, and CRM; reduce manual work with automations and lightweight scripting.
- Instrument reporting (reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings booked, opps created, cost per meeting), surface insights, and double-down on what moves the needle.
- Continuously experiment across messaging, channels, and triggers; document learnings and roll out what works.
· Leverage N8N/Make/Zapier to design scalable automations, and extend them with code when needed.
· Prototype growth hacks: use lightweight scripts to enrich, personalize, or trigger existings and new campaigns based on events (e.g., LinkedIn engagement, webinar sign-ups, or site visits).
Additional responsibilities (where you can take this role further)
· Advanced personalization at scale: build AI- or script-driven personalization engines that tailor messaging by persona, company signals, or recent events.
· Lead scoring & prioritization: design simple models (heuristics or ML-light) to rank leads by fit and engagement, syncing with CRM to focus SDR/AE time.
· Multi-channel orchestration: extend outreach beyond email/LinkedIn into ads, communities, and even direct mail for a coordinated GTM motion.
· Event-triggered campaigns: launch outreach automatically when signals like job changes, funding rounds, or content downloads occur.
· Data engineering for growth: build lightweight pipelines that refresh ICP lists continuously, keeping your targeting dynamic and current.
· Experimentation infrastructure: create structured testing frameworks and document playbooks so growth learnings compound over time.
· Sales team enablement: provide dashboards and automation that help SDRs/AEs see what's working, save time, and close more deals.

What you'll bring
- Hands-on with Instantly, Lemlist, and comparable outbound tools; you know how to get deliverability and outcomes, not just sends.
- Comfort with CRM (HubSpot), sales engagement, and no/low-code automation (n8n/Make); able to own basic integrations and data hygiene.
- A test-and-learn mindset with strong written outreach skills and copy instincts; structured, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Bonus: Python coding for scripting for quick data tweaks; experience designing outbound systems end-to-end.
- Experience designing outbound systems end-to-end and scaling them beyond the basics with proven record.
Success metrics (first 90–120 days)
- Launch production-ready email + LinkedIn programs with clear baselines (deliverability, reply%, positive reply%, meetings/1000 sends).
- Lift positive reply rate and meetings booked via A/B testing and better targeting.
- Maintain clean data flow between Lusha → outreach → CRM with automated syncs and de-dupes.
