QA STAFF

-Ensure product quality throughout all development stages, inspect deliverables, audit standards, processes, and procedures. Establish metrics to measure process effectiveness, and review test plans, test results, development plans, and quality plans.

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Tests products and processes to establish functionality and effectiveness.

  2. Determine what modifications are needed after testing.

  3. Designs, develops and reviews test processes.

  4. Develops and plans change implementation.

  5. Documents results and observations after inspections and audits.

  6. Ensure that all quality related activities, operation and standards are strictly implemented and all personnel are well oriented and trained in the conduct of quality assurance principles.

  7. Responsible in making plan for continuous training of personnel on Quality Aspects.

  8. Responsible in the implementation of Quality/Food Safety Standards in the work place.

  9. Coordination in organizing a team creating key people for HACCP implementation.

  10. Responsible in monitoring daily implementation of Quality Standards as established by the company.

  11. Responsible in conducting trainings and seminars periodically to production operators and on newly hired production operators.

  12. Assist incoming visitors inside processing/production area.

  13. Assist in the development of new products in the processing line.

  14. Analyze Line QC reports from day to day operations.

  15. Review and validate QC reports and make corrective actions/measures for any deviation encountered.

  16. Attend quality related seminars formed by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Preferably College Graduate of any four-year course, Engineering graduates (i.e. Industrial or Chemical Engineering) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
