Regional Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

The Regional Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and implementing all aspects of the workflow system to ensure that parks within the assigned cluster are well-maintained. This includes:

  • Implement workflow systems to ensure proper maintenance of all parks under the assigned cluster, as well as the successful execution of digging and interment services.
  • Lead and supervise all Park Superintendents and Management Trainees in the Central Luzon Region, ensuring performance expectations are met and initiating activities for park improvement.
  • Prepare and submit reports and documents on time (e.g., paperwork necessary for contract preparation and approval).
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment to a high level of readiness for operational needs.
  • Review and improve existing practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of park operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver on client needs.
  • Monitor park conditions regularly and address operational concerns promptly.
  • Prepare operational reports and recommendations for management review and decision-making.
  • Oversee and implement contracts related to park maintenance, interment and digging services, and vault fabrication in Central Luzon parks.
  • Perform other tasks as necessary to achieve the group's Key Result Areas (KRAs).

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Agriculture, Forestry, or other related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in park maintenance, interment, and digging operations (an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Willing to undergo extensive training in all aspects of park maintenance, interment, and digging operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to guide, supervise, and motivate subordinates.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • This position will be assigned under Landscaping + Farming Technologies, Inc., a sister company of Forest Lake.
