About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp. in Tarlac City, Tarlac. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of our real estate company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for our real estate properties
  2. Coordinating the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts
  3. Managing the company's online presence, including website updates and social media content
  4. Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing project timelines
  5. Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential customers and trends
  6. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with social media platforms and content management systems
  5. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling marketing materials
  6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
