Job Overview

We're on the lookout for experienced professionals who remain active in their field — leaders, practitioners, innovators — to serve as part-time Senior Instructors & Mentors. You'll combine your day-to-day industry role with teaching, mentoring and curriculum contribution. Your impact? Key Responsibilities

Training Needs & Curriculum Design

  • Work with the operations, training & quality teams to identify skill or performance gaps in functional, digital and domain areas across the four tracks.
  • Translate real-industry trends, challenges and use-cases into curriculum: content outlines, storyboards/scripts, assessments and micro-learning modules.
  • Apply adult learning theory, scenario-based and interactive design to turn complex technical or strategic concepts into formats that learners absorb and apply.
  • Design learning modules and assets in blended formats: Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual ILT (V-ILT), social learning, micro-learning; also create digital learning assets using authoring tools.
  • Continuously review and improve course-ware; bring insights from your active professional practice into enhancements.

Delivery and Mentoring

  • Deliver scheduled sessions for new cohorts and returning learners across any of the tracks (Builder / Designer / Analyst / Operator) leveraging your current industry practice.
  • Mentor learners: one-on-one or in small groups, guiding skill development, applying knowledge in context, supporting career progression.
  • Provide hands-on support during labs or projects (for example: product launch work in Builder, interface prototyping in Designer, analytics dashboards in Analyst, workflow automations in Operator).
  • Bring fresh, real-world industry case studies, insights and network connections (guest talks, Q&A, industry project linkage) into the learning experience.

Evaluation, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in gathering and analysing learner performance data: pre- and post-training assessments, feedback, completion metrics, etc.
  • Partner in evaluation frameworks (for example reaction, learning outcomes) and recommend program improvements based on your practitioner vantage.
  • Identify opportunities to standardise processes, reuse learning assets, build knowledge capital and contribute to continuous improvement in our learning ecosystem.

About You

  • You are currently active in one of the focus domains: Builder (Full-Stack/Product Engineering), Designer (UX/Interface Design), Analyst (Data/Analytics) or Operator (Digital Operations/Workflow Management) — with up-to-date experience and credibility.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience (preferably more) in your domain, with proven results.
  • You are able to design training content: content research, micro-design documents, storyboards/scripts, assessments — aligned to real world outcomes.
  • You understand adult learning theory, instructional design models, blended learning principles and have familiarity (or interest) in digital authoring tools.
  • You are an excellent communicator, presenter and mentor: comfortable delivering ILT/V-ILT sessions, facilitating discussions, motivating learners and supporting their development.
  • You have a data-driven mindset: you are comfortable with learner data, interpreting metrics, providing feedback and suggesting improvements.
  • You are able to balance your primary professional role alongside part-time engagement with DOGM AI bootcamps.

Commitment & Logistics

  • This is a part-time role: teaching/mentoring frequency will be agreed (for example, X hours per week/month or per cohort).
  • Sessions may be online (V-ILT) or in-person depending on the track and location.
  • Compensation: part-time/contract basis, details to be discussed.
  • Location: Remote-first.
  • Reporting: You will report to the Learning & Development Lead and collaborate with the Curriculum, Operations and Quality teams.
