Responsibilities :

Intern Job Description (Responsibilities):

•    Daily Huddle report preparation.

•    Extract exceptions and load comments into Power BI (PBI) for Data

Governance.

•    Follow up on Data Governance tickets.

•    Upload open requests (Worldwide Ticketing tool) into PBI.

•    Generate reports for leased PCs.

•    Extract data for Head Count model.

•    MADC Supporting Activities SR Closure in Siebel.

•    Monitoring and Re-assigning MADC Unassigned WWTT Tickets.

•    Data and report preparation for Monthly Business Review in AP.

•    Kofax billing case termination

•    Service Now Ticket creation for assets to dedupe

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

•    Tools navigation- Basic

•    Microsoft Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Power BI- Basic

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

•    BA/BS degree in Business Management, Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Account Management or equivalent.
