GRAVEYARD SHIFT

SPANISH BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Description:

  • Responds, analyze and provide technical support for the software system via telephone calls, email, web assists and/or remote desktop connection to address issue reports related to Nowcom/DealerCenter products and services.
  • Formulate trouble reports or tickets.
  • Develop cross-team relation in the company and coordinate with various departments to troubleshoot and provide First Service Response.
  • Assist clients with product information
  • Coordinate with sales staff to provide training to clients, as requested
  • Deliver high quality service to maintain customer relationships by helping clients with all account issues
  • Log detailed information from clients into a CRM system for tracking and escalation to Level II support
  • Ensure proper escalation of issues and handling customer requests
  • Forward incoming phone calls to the correct department as needed
  • Reports to the Support Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a strong desire to help customers and maintain calm under pressure
  • Excellent Spanish & English communication skills both spoken and written
  • Excellent computer skills- proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working experience in the related field is a plus for this position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team oriented mind set
  • Applicants must be able to take shifting/weekend/graveyard shifts.
  • Good work ethics, attendance and compliance in company rules and policies and job procedure
  • Must possesses a positive attitude to and work well in a team environment
