
Senior Sales Engineer for Industrial Fluid Valves in the Philippines

Job Responsibilities
(I) Market Development and Customer Acquisition (50%)
Research and analyze the dynamics, industry trends, potential demands, and competitor landscape of the Philippine valve market; formulate detailed market development plans and strategies, and identify target markets and customer groups.
Actively seek potential customers through various channels such as international industry exhibitions, seminars, online promotions, and customer referrals; expand business channels, establish new customer relationships, and achieve customer acquisition targets.
Gain in-depth understanding of potential customers, analyze their demand characteristics, provide professional valve product solutions, and promote the conversion of business cooperation intentions into actual orders.
(II) Sales Execution (30%)
Responsible for business negotiations with Philippine customers, accurately grasp customer needs, flexibly apply sales skills, strive for favorable cooperation terms, sign sales contracts, and ensure the maximization of company interests.
Coordinate with the company headquarters based on customer orders, follow up on the progress of order execution, and ensure products are delivered to customers on time, with guaranteed quality and quantity.
Timely handle problems and complaints raised by customers during product use, collaborate with the technical support team to provide effective solutions, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure timely collection of order payments.
(III) Customer Relationship Maintenance (10%)
Conduct customer background checks and analysis, establish and improve customer files; conduct regular customer visits to understand feedback on products, promptly solve customer problems, and build long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
Provide value-added services such as new product information and technical upgrades to old customers, tap into potential customer needs, and promote secondary purchases and business expansion.
Actively collect customer suggestions on company products and services, feed them back to the head of the valve business at the headquarters, and assist the company in optimizing products and services to enhance market competitiveness.
(IV) Sales Data Analysis and Reporting (10%)
Regularly collect, sort out, and analyze sales data, including sales volume, sales amount, customer distribution, and market share, to provide data support for sales strategy adjustments and company decisions.
Compile sales work reports, including the completion of sales performance, analysis of market dynamics, customer development and maintenance status, etc.; report work progress and problems to superiors, and put forward improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements
(I) Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as International Trade, Business English, Mechanical Engineering, and Marketing.
(II) Work Experience
With more than 8 years of sales experience in valve products in the Philippine market, familiar with international sales processes and market rules.
Possess rich customer resources in the Philippine market and successful sales cases, able to quickly open up the market and achieve sales targets.
(III) Professional Knowledge and Skills
Have in-depth knowledge of the working principles, performance characteristics, and application fields of fluid valve products, and be able to provide professional technical consultation and solutions to customers.
Excellent oral and written English skills, familiar with professional English terms for valves, and proficiency in Filipino.
Skilled in using Office software (Word, Excel, PPT), able to produce professional sales documents, data analysis reports, and presentation materials.
Strong market analysis ability, sales skills, and business negotiation skills, able to effectively develop markets, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
(IV) Personal Qualities and Abilities
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, proactive work attitude, attention to details, pursuit of excellence, and ability to work under high pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills, and team spirit, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with sales personnel at the company headquarters and Philippine customers.
Strong learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly understand industry trends and new product knowledge, and adapt to Chinese work culture.
Sharp market insight and analytical ability, able to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs, and formulate effective sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, able to quickly solve problems and respond to various emergencies in a complex and changing market environment.
