About the job Finance Operations Associate Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to join our GGB US-Affinity Receivable team. This role involves managing multiple accounting activities daily, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of transactions. Key Responsibilities:Process and manage Accounts Receivable/Payable transactions in accordance with company standards. Perform cash application and posting through accurate data entry. Review and analyze requests, transactions, and source documents for compliance and accuracy. Track and document payments and client information, generating required reports as needed. Participate in regular internal and external calibration sessions to maintain process consistency. Perform additional related duties as assigned within the center. Qualifications:1-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable or traditional accounting. Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Typing speed of 4050 WPM. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic level required). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Additional Requirements:Willingness to work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed. Ability to adapt to dynamic work requirements and collaborate effectively within a team.
