About the job Finance Operations Associate Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to join our GGB US-Affinity Receivable team. This role involves managing multiple accounting activities daily, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage Accounts Receivable/Payable transactions in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform cash application and posting through accurate data entry.
  • Review and analyze requests, transactions, and source documents for compliance and accuracy.
  • Track and document payments and client information, generating required reports as needed.
  • Participate in regular internal and external calibration sessions to maintain process consistency.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned within the center.
Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable or traditional accounting.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 4050 WPM.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic level required).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to work any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work requirements and collaborate effectively within a team.
