Human Resources Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting daily operations of the Human Resources functions and duties. Provides clerical and administrative support to immediate head, compiling and updating employee records.
- Assists in Human Resource functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Coordinates company-sponsored employee services and activities to increase employee engagement.
- Assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Maintains company table of organization and employee directory.
- Validates whether filtered resumes meet the requirements of existing vacancies.
- Encodes applicants' personal details and updates status of applications.
- Do call-outs to invite applicants for interview and communicates with them if they pass phone screening.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or similar
- At least 2 years related work experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Outstanding administrative and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to details
- Proficient in MS Office and related business and communication tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
