Key Responsibilities

1. Source and recruit candidates via job boards, social media, and direct outreach
2. Publish job postings across platforms and university portals
3. Screen resumes and assist in the selection process
4. Coordinate interviews and assist senior HR staff during onboarding
5. Manage candidate communication via email and LinkedIn
