We are seeking a passionate and skilled People Partner to join our team in Manila.

As a People Partner at Guesty, you will be a key contributor to our organization's success by serving as a strategic partner to both employees and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement: Increase and nurture employee engagement by developing and implementing programs and collaborating with leadership to address concerns and enhance overall workplace satisfaction.
  • Talent Development: Provide coaching and guidance to strengthen team collaboration and communication and Partner with managers to identify skill gaps, support employee development, and facilitate career growth.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing employee relations issues and conflicts. Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders on strategic workforce planning. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • HR Operations: Act as a focal point for site-specific policies, labor law issues, and People-related processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of proven similar experience as a People Partner/HRBP in a Hi-Tech company or fast-paced global tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and Philippine employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high analytical, and critical thinking.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to act independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of coaching and mentoring managers.
  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
