Our team is currently looking for
Senior Manager, People Services
to help support and governance across People & Culture operations of the organization. This role will be reporting to our newly established Integrated Shared Service entity in the Philippines.

About the Role

The role is responsible for compliant, efficient and effective delivery of onboarding, benefits and payroll administration and offboarding services to employees. Provides governance on the entire People and Culture operations (including Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering) and ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

People Services

  • Provides input to the People Services strategy and ensures its implementation
  • Manages the day-to-day People Services operations in the areas of onboarding, benefits and payroll administration, mobility and offboarding and ensures delivery of these processes within agreed service level agreements
  • Takes the lead in discussions with benefits vendors on contract renewal and provides recommendation on benefits improvement
  • Serves as escalation point for any issue related to people services, oversees the root cause analysis of process errors, reports these to the people & Culture Director, defines and implements corrective actions
  • Documents People Services policies and KOPs, reviews and updates these annually to reflect needed changes
  • Defines appropriate controls for People Services processes and annually reviews control effectiveness
  • Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Takes part in the planning and implementation of process automation / transformation projects in the People Services space
  • Coaches and develops the People Services team to ensure they maximise their individual and team performance and ensures a robust succession pipeline.

People & Culture Governance

  • Ensures the People & Culture team is up to date with the most recent changes in government regulations and company policies and all KOPs are updated accordingly
  • Ensures all People & Culture operations processes (including Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering) comply with company policies and government regulations
  • Tracks the status of all activities required to comply with government regulation and company policies that may pose a risk to the company, regularly presents the report and collaborates with various People & Culture functions to ensure completeness of tasks
  • Tracks contract expiration of all People & Culture vendors and ensures timely contract renewal
  • Takes the lead in preparing for internal and external audit activities, coordinates with the rest of the People and Culture Team and Business Teams on certain requirements needed for the audit activity and ensures audit findings are addressed by the Team

About You

  • Extensive experience on overseeing end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring that all activities, policies, and workflows are effective, streamlined, and consistently aligned with internal standards as well as all applicable labor and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a shared services environment, including managing high‑volume transactions, supporting multiple business units, and maintaining service level expectations in a centralized HR model.
  • Hands‑on experience communicating and coordinating with government agencies and other relevant bodies to ensure timely compliance, reporting, and resolution of regulatory matters.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both local and global, including cross‑functional teams, leaders, employees, and external partners, with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience leading and supporting internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation, risk identification, process reviews, and driving remediation activities to support organizational compliance.
  • Strong people‑management capability, with experience leading teams directly or through matrix structures, providing coaching, fostering development, and ensuring team performance and engagement.
