The Credit Investigator/Appraiser (Field) is primarily responsible for appraising properties and/or loan collaterals as well as for checking, assessing, and inquiring on clients' accounts, on credit dealings, deposits, and possible court cases.  Does background and neighborhood investigations on loan applicants.

Key Results Area:

Property Appraisal, Re-appraisal & Evaluation

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts Property Appraisal
  • Conducts Property Evaluation & Follow up annual requirements
  • Documentation Verification
  • Maintains good housekeeping in the workplace
  • Performs other related functions

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course Engineering or business related course
  • At least 1-2 years experience as CI/Appraiser (Field)
