Responsibilities:

  • Authorize and track all cash movements
  • Verify cash balance at the branch on a daily basis
  • Maintain documentation of complete cash movement
  • Monitor cash holding level at the branch and flag when nearing the specified limits
  • Handle all FC transactions at the branch at the correct margin rates as per company policies
  • Choose the most appropriate channel for transactions to maximize earnings per transaction
  • Handle remittance transactions based on the demand at the branch
  • Maintain appropriate stocks of currency at the branch
  • Coordinate with bank notes team for sales and purchases of currencies
  • Keep oneself updated with the relevant rates for buy and sell transactions
  • Proficient in details and specifications of the different currencies in use, including security specs
  • Vigilant of counterfeit notes and take appropriate actions to report any cases as per company policies
  • Any other job responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Has end to end understanding of currencies and their specification
  • Knowledge of potential market factors and their impact on currency rates
  • Understanding of all business and enabling functions
  • Understanding of AML, CFT
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably with at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Good command in English and Filipino

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
