The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to play a key role in delivering strategic insights and innovative solutions to our clients. As an
Analytics Associate

, you will be the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring excellent end-to-end delivery of research & analytics projects. You will collaborate with research agencies and engage in select business discussions providing a consumer point of view and evidence-based perspectives that help shape business decisions and drive transformation.

  • Primary contact of client/account assigned to, individually or as part of a team to help ensure excellent end-to-end delivery of analytics work.

  • Involved in day-to-day engagement with the client as well as in all or select business discussions to provide evidence-based input to strengthen the role of analytics and Bright in the client organization.

  • Collaborates with various functions in the delivery of timely, best in-class output that is useful to the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish the role of analytics in the client organization through data transformation, analysis and insighting to ensure actionability and applicability of results

  • Establish the role of Bright as a business partner/strategic advisor:

  • Participate/Co-lead problem scoping, articulation during meetings and across projects

  • Participate/Co-lead interrogation of business questions/issues

  • Participate/Co-lead in developing/fleshing out different points of view that will help maximize the impact of analytics on business decisions which typically includes synthesis or mining of different data sources

  • Engage with client day-to-day in all of select business discussions to provide  evidence-based input to strengthen the role of analytics and Bright in the client organization

  • Coordinate with partners in the delivery of timely, best-in-class output that is useful to the client

  • Support decision-making by providing accurate data and basic insights but does not make key business decisions

What We Look For

  • Graduate of courses such as marketing, business, management, statistics, social sciences including market research, data analytics
  • Strong client service orientation – can help in building relationships that inspire confidence and trust
  • Excellent verbal/written communication as well as presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google applications
  • Preferred skills: Experience in Data Analytics, experience in using analytics tools tailored to specific business functions, proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL and Python
