Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate clients' physical conditions, movement patterns, and fitness lev
  • Guide and supervise clients through therapy exercises, corrective movements, and conditioning routines.
  • Collaborate with trainers, coaches, and medical professionals to design safe training modifications.
  • Provide education on posture, ergonomics, proper lifting techniques, and body mechanics.
  • Monitor progress, document treatment plans, and adjust programs as needed.
  • Address sports-related and orthopedic injuries common in a gym environment.
  • Promote wellness, mobility, and strength for long-term physical health.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, gym standards, and professional ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct workshops or consultations on injury prevention and safe exercise practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Experience in sports medicine, rehabilitation, or orthopedic physical therapy is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, biomechanics, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fitness-focused environment.
