About the role

Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative is seeking a driven and enthusiastic XIAOMI PROMOTER to join their team in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a XIAOMI PROMOTER, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Xiaomi products to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. What you'll be doing

  • Actively engage with customers, demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of Xiaomi products
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective product presentations and sales techniques
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of Xiaomi's product range, pricing, and promotions
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalise on potential sales opportunities
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Xiaomi brand by promoting its products and services

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or electronics industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers
